The Winston-Dillard School District is continuing its summer meal program for kids up to age 18.
“Grab and go” bags contain a breakfast and a lunch. Yellow Lunchbox Express buses deliver the meals Monday’s through Thursdays at these sites through August 6th:
*Brockway Elementary from 11:00 a.m. to 11:10 a.m.
*McGovern Elementary from 11:15 a.m. to 11:25 a.m.
*Riverbend Park from 11:35 a.m. to 11:50 a.m.
*Community Park from 12:00 p.m. to 12:15 p.m.
*Dillard Church of God from 12:20 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.
*Civic Wayside Park from 12:50 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Kids have the choice or a hot or cold meal, along with fruit, a vegetable and milk.
The summer food program is part of the USDA Food and Nutrition Service and is administered by the Oregon Department of Education Child Nutrition Programs.
