Roseburg Police cited two people for second degree criminal trespass on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at around 11:50 p.m. a 21-year old man and a 29-year old woman were contacted while sleeping in a vehicle on the top level of the downtown parking structure. The report said the top two levels of that structure are closed to anyone without a parking permit and there are no trespassing signs posted at every entrance.

The pair were released after being issued the citation.
