A Roseburg man was cited Tuesday for first degree burglary and fourth degree assault.

Information from Roseburg Police said the 30-year old was a suspect in a previous case where he allegedly entered a man’s apartment and punched the victim multiple times causing injury to the man’s eye.

The report said the suspect was located and questioned in the 900 block of Southeast Stephens at around 11:40 p.m. He was released after being cited.
