A Roseburg man was cited and released twice on Friday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 9:30 a.m. the 33-year old went back to a store in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard that he had been trespassed from earlier. The report said the suspect was allegedly yelling at employees and customers, and then chased an employee. He refused to leave when told to do so by employees according to the report. He was cited for two counts of second-degree criminal trespass and for a count of second-degree disorderly conduct.
At 5:30 p.m. the man allegedly caused a scene at Fred Meyer and refused to leave. The report said he was being very disruptive inside the store. He was again cited for second degree criminal trespass.
