A Roseburg man was cited for harassment on Thursday night.

Information from Roseburg Police said at about 6:45 p.m. officers responded to a residence in the 1000 block of Rice. The victim said that a 39-year old man had thrown her on the ground twice and pulled her hair. The report said the victim had some minor injuries that supported her account.

The suspect was released after being cited.
