Two men, ages 38 and 68, were cited underneath the east end of the Washington Street Bridge by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

Information from RPD said at 5:50 a.m. the pair were spotted sleeping under the structure. Both were cited for prohibited camping. The older man was also cited for second degree criminal trespass as he is a City Exclusion violator, according to the report.

Both were released after being cited.
