A Roseburg man was cited following an incident at the downtown overpark on Southeast Rose in downtown Roseburg on Wednesday.

A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 12:50 a.m. the 24-year old was contacted on the second level of the structure. The report said he initially complied with orders to stop, but when told he was under arrest, he refused to put his hands behind his back.

The man was cited for interfering with a police officer and for second degree criminal trespass. He was released after the citation was issued.
