A Roseburg woman was jailed after allegedly throwing rocks on Wednesday.

Information from Roseburg Police said at around 3:30 p.m. multiple people called dispatchers reporting that the woman was standing in the roadway in the 1600 block of Northeast Stephens, and was throwing the rocks at passing cars. One person reported that the rocks caused a large chip in their vehicle’s paint, and scratches on the rear driver side bumper.

The 28-year old was charged with second degree counts of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $8,750.
