A transient was jailed for harassment by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said just after 11:30 a.m. the 26-year old was contacted in the 500 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard regarding an ongoing investigation. He was detained for two warrants and the new charge. No further information was made available by RPD.
