A Roseburg Woman was cited for second degree disorderly conduct by Roseburg Police on Friday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 4:00 p.m. the 38-year old was contacted in the 900 block of Southeast Stephens after allegedly repeatedly running in front of traffic. The report said the suspect refused to stay out of the street, causing cars to stop in the roadway to avoid hitting her.

She was released after being cited.
