Roseburg Police cited a Sutherlin man for harassment on Monday afternoon.

Information from RPD said at about 5:20 p.m.an officer contacted a victim in the 2800 block of Northeast Stephens. The report said the victim claimed an 18-year old had allegedly pushed him down and punched him a couple of times in the parking lot of Atlantis Pets a few hours earlier. Officers located the suspect in Sutherlin and issued a citation.
