Roseburg Police cited two people for second degree trespass on Monday night. ‘

Information from RPD said at 6:15 p.m. a 39-year old man and a 69-year old man were reportedly found at Riverside Park on Southeast Spruce. Both of them are already excluded from being in the downtown area.
