Two people were cited for second degree criminal mischief by Roseburg Police on Monday.

An RPD report said just after 8:30 a.m. a 33-year old woman and a 32-year old man were contacted after video footage allegedly showed them breaking a coin slot with a multi-tool the previous day, in an attempt to steal the change. The incident reportedly took place in the 800 block of West Harvard Avenue.

They were released after the citation was issued.
