A Roseburg woman was cited for harassment by authorities on Saturday morning.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 12:30 a.m. an officer was investigating a disturbance in the 1900 block of Southeast Stephens. He found a 51-year old woman who was allegedly highly intoxicated, and became agitated with the officer. The report said the woman began throwing dirt and sticks at the officer, hitting him in the face and vest.

She was cited and released.
