A Roseburg man was jailed after two incidents at businesses on Saturday.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 11:00 a.m. 58-year old Timothy Lozes returned to McDonalds on Garden Valley, which he had previously been trespassed from. The report said when he was asked to leave this time, he became abusive and disorderly to employees. The man then went to Big Lots to use their bathroom, but he had been previously trespassed from that location as well.
Lozes was charged with second degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. He was also held for a warrant that was out for his arrest.
