COVID-19 CLAIMS 4 MORE LIVES, STATE DEATH TOLL AT 180 AS OF MONDAY

COVID-19 has claimed 4 more lives, with the state death toll at 180 as of Monday.
An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 184 new and presumptive cases, bringing the state total to 5,820. The new and confirmed cases include:
*99 in Union County
*37 in Multnomah County
*15 in Washington County
*9 in Umatilla County
*6 in Clackamas County
*4 in Marion County
*3 in Polk County
*2 each in Klamath, Malheur and Wasco counties
*1 each in Hood River, Jackson, Jefferson, Lake, and Yamhill counties
OHA is coordinating with Union County public health authorities to respond to an outbreak of COVID-19. The outbreak explains the high number of new cases in that county.
Oregon’s 177th COVID-19 death is a 78-year old woman, who tested positive on June 6th and died on June 12th in her residence.
Oregon’s 178th COVID-19 death is an 85-year old man, who tested positive on June 5th and died June 14th in his residence.
Oregon’s 179th COVID-19 death is a 65-year old woman, who tested positive on June 5th and died on June 12th in her residence.
Oregon’s 180th COVID-19 death is a 75-year old woman, who tested positive on June 4th and died on June 11th at her residence.
All 4 lived in Clackamas County and had underlying medical conditions, according to the OHA.
