A Roseburg woman was cited by police twice in one day.
A report from Roseburg Police said Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. the 36-year old was found loitering at Eagles Park on Southeast Jackson. The report said the woman had previously been excluded from the downtown area.
At 11:10 p.m. the woman was contacted by city hall and again was found to be violating her exclusion order. This time, she was taken to the Douglas County Jail.
