A Roseburg man was held for menacing and harassment by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 1:10 a.m. the 24-year old was reported to be intoxicated and allegedly punched another man in the face, three or four times during an argument. The report said the man also grabbed a steel pan and raised it above his head, attempting to hit the victim while he was on the ground.
The incident allegedly took place in the 1300 block of Northeast Douglas.
