A Roseburg man was cited three times in thirty-three hours by Roseburg Police.
Information from Roseburg Police said Friday morning at 8:15 a.m. the 37-year old transient was cited for drinking in public after he was allegedly seen doing just that in the 800 block of Southeast Lane.
Saturday morning at about 8:30 a.m. the suspect was reportedly found sleeping at a property in the 500 block of Southeast Douglas. The report said there are multiple signs regarding trespassing and the owner wanted to pursue charges for the man continuing to come on the property.
Saturday afternoon at 5:15 p.m. the man was allegedly seen sitting directly under a “no trespassing” sign at First Presbyterian Church on Southeast Lane. The man was told to leave and he refused, according to the report.
He was released after each citation was issued.
