A Roseburg man was cited for harassment on Sunday afternoon.
Information from Roseburg Police said at around 5:00 p.m. two 39-year old men had allegedly gotten into a verbal argument in the 100 block of Kirby.
The report said the first man allegedly bumped into the second man with the front of his vehicle. The victim was uninjured and there was no visible damage to the vehicle. The victim declined to press charges and the suspect was released after the citation was issued.
