A Roseburg man was cited for smoking marijuana at Eagles Park on Thursday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 8:45 a.m. an officer observed a 25-year old man who was allegedly smoking the drug in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson. The report said the officer told the man he was in violation of park rules. The man was released after the citation was issued.
