WOMAN CITED FOR RECKLESS ENDANGERING/DUII AND MORE

A Roseburg woman was cited for three counts of reckless endangering, DUII and related charges on Tuesday afternoon.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 4:30 p.m. a caller said a woman had struck a parked vehicle in the 1500 block of West Harvard and kept driving. The driver of the vehicle hit began to follow the other vehicle. That driver kept updating dispatch on their location and at one point said she believed the other driver was intoxicated based on her driving.
The suspect ended up stopping in the 1900 block of Northeast Stephens and was contacted by officers. The report said the woman displayed signs of alcohol impairment and was arrested. She had two minor passengers in her vehicle, who were not injured.
Additional charges included tampering with an ignition device, refusal to take a blood test and for failure to perform the duties of a driver.
