A Roseburg man was cited for second degree disorderly conduct by Roseburg Police on Tuesday night.
Information from RPD said at about 11:00 p.m. the 28-year old was arrested in the 500 block of Southeast Jackson after allegedly swinging a knife, causing concern to people in the area.
He was released after being cited.
