Roseburg Police cited two people for prohibited camping early Monday morning.
Information from the Roseburg Police said at 5:40 a.m. a 48-year old man and a 58-year old woman were found sleeping under their bedding in front of a business in the 900 block of Northeast Highland.
They were released after the citation was issued.
