A Roseburg man was cited for second degree criminal trespass on Sunday afternoon.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 1:45 p.m. the 32-year old returned to a business in the 100 block of Garden Valley Boulevard after allegedly being told repeatedly not to return to the business. The report said the last time he was there, the suspect reportedly threatened to burn it down.
He was released after being cited.
