Two teens were arrested by Roseburg Police on Saturday night.
The RPD report said at 10:20 p.m. a 17-year old male and a 15-year old male were observed in the 500 block of Southeast Jackson with bricks in their hands. The report said they allegedly made a comment about how they were there for the riot. Both ran from the area and were found on the railroad tracks, where they allegedly ran from police.
The teens were eventually caught. Both were cited with second degree disorderly conduct. The 17-year old was also held for third degree criminal mischief.
