SUTHERLIN POLICE ARREST TWO MEN ON FORGERY CHARGES

Sutherlin Police have jailed two men on forgery charges.
Captain Kurt Sorenson said late Thursday morning officers contacted two men at Motel Six in Roseburg after reports came in that several counterfeit $100 bills had been passed in Sutherlin. Sorenson said they found evidence that the bills were being made in their motel room.
32-year old Jeff Detinne and 54-year old William Ausman were detained on multiple forgery and related charges. Bail was initially set at $500,000 for each of them.
