A Roseburg man was jailed for fourth degree felony assault by Roseburg Police on Tuesday night.
A report from RPD said at 6:15 p.m. the 35-year old was contacted at Evergreen Family Medicine after a disturbance with a woman, which reportedly took place in front of her minor children. The suspect allegedly grabbed onto both the victim’s arms and shoved her backwards. The report said the victim was experiencing pain from being pushed and had difficulty moving her shoulder and elbow.
The suspect was initially detained on $50,000 bail.
