A 17-year old female was hurt when she crashed her scooter on the bike path south of Roseburg on Monday night.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said just before 6:00 p.m. the juvenile was riding just north of the South Umpqua River near Interstate Five’s exit 120 at a high rate of speed. The female attempted to negotiate a corner and crashed against a concrete wall. There were no signs of intoxicants, according to the report. The juvenile was transported to Mercy Medical Center for foot and pelvis pain.
