WOMAN CITED TWICE IN SIX HOURS

A Roseburg woman was cited twice in six hours by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.
A report from Roseburg Police, said at 3:45 p.m. 59-year old Kristina Harrelson allegedly stole a bottle of wine from Rite Aid on Southeast Stephens, after being trespassed from the store previously. The report said she was found in Riverside Park, drinking the wine. She was cited for first degree criminal trespass, third degree theft and for drinking in public. She was cited and released.
At about 9:55 p.m. the woman was contacted at Riverside Park with multiple items of trash scattered around her on the ground. This time she was cited for second degree criminal trespass and for offensive littering. The woman is also excluded from the downtown area.
She was cited and released, again.
