Two people were cited for prohibited camping by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 6:15 a.m. the women, ages 36 and 45, were contacted underneath the east end of the Oak Street bridge. The report said both had multiple blankets laid out into a makeshift bed and were covered in blankets.
They were released after being cited.
