A Roseburg man was cited for prohibited camping on Monday afternoon.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 4:40 p.m. the 69-year old was located on the first floor of the downtown parking garage inside a sleeping bag with his belongings next to him.
He was released after being cited.
