A Roseburg man was cited after allegedly throwing peanut butter on Saturday.
A report from the Roseburg Police at 8:00 a.m. the 40-year old was contacted after he reportedly threw a jar at a woman and struck her head in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The victim had a small lump on the side of her head. The suspect also has a warrant for his arrest.
He was cited for both charges and then was released.
