A Roseburg woman was hurt when her vehicle struck an embankment on Thursday afternoon.
A report from the Oregon State Police said just after 2:30 p.m. the 37-year old was northbound in the Curtin area when a heavy rain storm started. The report said the car was hydroplaning and then spun out of control before crashing on the eastside of the road.
The driver was taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield where she was treated and released.
