A Roseburg woman was cited twice for offensive littering within five hours, by Roseburg Police on Tuesday evening.
A report from RPD said at about 6:20 p.m. the 35-year old was contacted at Eagle’s Park on Southeast Jackson, surrounded by a large pile of rubbish and debris. The report said she was told she needed to clean up her mess and move along, which prompted her to begin yelling at an officer. She began throwing food and trash on the sidewalk, according to the report.
Just before 11:30 p.m. the woman was contacted again at the same location, with multiple items of garbage around her.
She was released after each incident.
