A Roseburg man was cited on four counts following two alleged break-in incidents on Monday.
A report from Roseburg Police said just after 3:20 a.m. the 38-year man was contacted in the 1700 block of Otie after it was reported that a man was breaking into vehicles in the neighborhood. The report said an investigation determined the suspect had gained entry to at least two vehicles and stole approximately $300 worth of property from each vehicle.
The report said all the property was recovered,
The man was cited for two counts of unauthorized entry to into a motor vehicle and for two counts of second-degree theft. He was released after being cited.
