A Roseburg woman was jailed for disorderly conduct on Saturday afternoon.
Information from Roseburg Police said the 32-year old allegedly ran across the 1100 block of Garden Valley Boulevard twice and was screaming at customers at Starbucks. The report said the woman was not cooperative and had to be held down before being placed in handcuffs.
She was initially detained on $2,500 bail.
