A Roseburg woman was cited for offensive littering for a second time in one day, on Thursday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 12:10 p.m. an officer contacted the 37-year old with a makeshift hut set up in Eagles Park on Southeast Jackson downtown. The report said it had garbage, rubbish and food strewn about. She was also given her 2nd exclusion warning.
The woman had also been cited just after 12:00 a.m.
