A Roseburg woman was cited for offensive littering in downtown Roseburg early Thursday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said just after 12:00 a.m. the 36-year old was contacted in a makeshift shelter surrounded by trash and rotten food items. The woman was also advised to clean up the shelter and the mess. She was also given her first exclusion notice from the downtown business district.
The woman was released after being cited.
