A Frost Advisory is in effect until 9:00 a.m. Thursday for portions of central Douglas County and nearby areas.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service in Medford said temperatures as low as 33 degrees will result in the formation of frost. The Advisory area includes Sutherlin, and parts of Josephine, Jackson and Curry counties.
Forecasters said frost could damage or kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered.
