MAN TAKEN INTO HOSPITAL AFTER SUNDAY NIGHT CRASH

A Myrtle Creek man was taken to the hospital following a wreck on Sunday night.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at about 9:40 p.m. the 33-year was in the 11,000 block of South Myrtle Road when he got tired. The man started to pull off the road to camp out for the night, but crashed into a concrete construction barrier.
His injuries were initially unknown, according to the report.
