Roseburg Police cited a 31-year old man for second degree criminal trespass after two incidents early Friday.
An RPD report said at 6:30 a.m. the man was contacted in the 1200 block of Northeast Ellan Street suspiciously prowling around his former neighborhood. This time he was deep in the backyard of a house and was curiously moving rocks around the yard, according to the report. He had been contacted earlier that morning in the same area as well.
He was released after the citation was issued.
