MAN JAILED FOR FIRST DEGREE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Roseburg man was jailed for first degree criminal mischief on Monday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 4:50 p.m. the 31-year old allegedly swung a metal rod into a bus stop shelter in the 1400 block of Diamond Lake Boulevard. The report said glass shattered all over the ground.
The man was detained on $50,000 bail. He was released from custody on Tuesday.
