Customers of Pacific Power in the Glide area should have their service restored by about 2:00 p.m. Wednesday.
An update from Sam Carter of the utility said more time is needed because of work to remove some trees. The power went out for about 500 in Glide around 9:00 a.m. Nearly 200 customers in Oakland lost power at the same time, but most had it back by 10:30 a.m.
