Power is out to some customers of Pacific Power as of 9:20 a.m. Wednesday.
Sam Carter of Pacific Power said that nearly 500 customers in Glide and almost 200 customers in Oakland have lost power. Carter said crews are assessing the situation and looking for the cause.
He said they hope to have the power restored in Glide by 11:30 a.m. No time was given for Oakland. Carter said it appears a tree falling onto a line is responsible for the outage in Glide.
