A Roseburg man was cited for second degree criminal trespass by police on Monday.
A report from the Roseburg Police Department said at around 11:15 a.m. the 28-year old was told to leave property in the 1200 block of Walnut Street multiple times but refused. The man told officers that the owner of the building did not have the authority to tell him to leave.
He was released after the citation was issued.
