MAN CITED FOR THEFT, URINATION

A Roseburg man was cited for third degree theft and for public urination on Saturday.
Information from the Roseburg Police said just before 7:00 p.m. the 37-year old allegedly stole merchandise from Rite Aid on Southeast Stephens and was contacted a couple of blocks away. The man was also found to have two warrants out of Deschutes County. The man then reportedly started urinating on the ground while the officer was completing his citations.
He was released after the citations were issued.
