A Roseburg woman was cited following a hit and run incident in Roseburg on Thursday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at 2:00 p.m. witnesses saw the 71-year old back into another vehicle in the 2200 block of Northeast Stephens. The report said the driver assessed the damage then took off at a high rate of speed. Witnesses took down the license plate number.
She was contacted at her residence and charged with failure to perform the duties of a driver. She was released after being cited.
