Two people were cited after a stolen vehicle was found by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.
An RPD report said at 9:20 a.m. officers recovered the vehicle by the cell tower in the 3000 block of Daysha. It had been reported stolen out of Coos Bay. A 33-year old Roseburg woman and a 23-year old Winston woman were both cited for unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle. The second woman was also cited for first degree criminal mischief.
They were both released after being cited.
