A Roseburg man was cited for second degree counts of theft and criminal mischief by Roseburg Police on Monday.
Information from RPD said at 1:30 p.m. the 29-year old was found in the 200 block of Southeast Pine. He was detained for allegedly stealing multiple bicycles from Umpqua Valley Bicycle Outreach.
The man was released after the citation was issued.
